📋 Description

• Serve as a local ambassador and community liaison for CIEE BridgeUSA programs. • Identify and cultivate new host employer partnerships to support participant placement opportunities. • Promote awareness of CIEE programs and the value of international exchange within the community. • Support host employer outreach efforts by identifying businesses interested in participating in seasonal exchange programs. • Coordinate quarterly community engagement events involving host employers, participants, and community partners. • Maintain regular communication with internal CIEE teams regarding employer feedback, community trends, and partnership opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• An established network of employers and community connections within your Community. • Experience in community engagement, partnership development, business outreach, or sales support. • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience coordinating events, community initiatives, or stakeholder engagement activities preferred. • Familiarity with seasonal employment programs, hospitality, tourism, or international exchange programs is a plus. • Passion for cultural exchange, international education, and CIEE’s mission.
