📋 Description
• Ensures patient safety by identifying the correct patient. • Provides assistance and services to patients, families, and staff in patient registration and scheduling. • Investigates and resolves customer requests according to policies and procedures. • Maintains confidentiality and safeguards patient/family personal medical and financial information. • Completes and authenticates documents ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. • Supports the Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management by ensuring necessary data is obtained and entered accurately.
