📋 Description
• Ensures patient safety by identifying the correct patient and special needs. • Provides assistance and services to patients, families, staff, and external agencies. • Maintains confidentiality and protects patient/family personal medical and financial information. • Completes and authenticates all documents that ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. • Supports the Revenue Cycle by ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
