📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments that block the delivery of AI use cases or automation releases • Coach team members, Value Stream Process Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles • Track and communicate key Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team health • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks • Drive retrospective action items and foster a culture of inspect-and-adapt.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required • 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 2 years supporting technology, data, or operations teams delivering automation or AI-driven solutions • Demonstrated experience running Scrum ceremonies for continuous delivery pipelines • Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery lifecycles and intelligent automation programs is strongly preferred • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps • Working knowledge of intelligent automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, Airflow, or equivalent) • Understanding of CI/CD principles and how they apply to automation and AI use case deployment in operational environments • Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to influence without authority • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to foster psychological safety, team cohesion, and a culture of accountability • Analytical and data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
