📋 Description

• High-impact BI delivery • Build and maintain trusted Looker dashboards and explores used by leaders of teams across the organization • Translate business questions into clear, durable reporting solutions with well-defined metrics and documentation • Support cross-functional initiatives where analytics needs are defined and time-sensitive • Own recurring reporting deliverables (reports, operational dashboards, repeatable analyses) • Maintain, improve, and de-bug existing dashboards for performance, usability, and metric consistency • Collaborate with data stakeholders to clearly define, measure, and track key metrics for success • Contribute to data literacy and self-service enablement (clear definitions, documentation, stakeholder education) • Identify opportunities to standardize and templatize common reporting patterns to reduce ad hoc work over time

🎯 Requirements

• Looker experience (1-3 years): Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards and explores in Looker, including comfort in working with LookML • SQL proficiency (1-3+ years): Strong comfort writing SQL for analysis and validation (experience with Amazon Redshift or similar preferred) • 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering • Clear communication: Ability to explain analysis, tradeoffs, and metric definitions to technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfort with talking to stakeholders to turn ambiguous needs into clear technical solutions • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally to gather requirements, align on definitions, and deliver usable reporting • Project management skills: Ability to scope work, manage timelines, communicate updates, and reliably deliver across multiple priorities • Curiosity: A desire to continuously learn and grow your skillset.
