📋 Description

• Engage with customers and partners to solve technology challenges • Build relationships with customers and channel partner teams • Prepare renewal quotes and collaborate with internal stakeholders • Identify competitive, technical risks and contribute to resolution planning • Suggest renewal options based on product knowledge • Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams and customer success teams • Take ownership of assigned renewal opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience • Understanding of Renewal processes, procedures and systems • Value Proposition Development • Basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes • Discovery, negotiation, and closing skills at all levels.
