📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design work — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity prototypes • Lead UX research, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile experiences • Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system • Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions • Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementation • Work within an Agile Kanban framework — writing clear acceptance criteria and managing your own work through Jira • Present design decisions and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of UI/UX design experience in a product environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and/or mobile products • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma • Experience with a modern tech stack environment — comfortable working alongside VueJS • Hands-on experience with Jira for task and workflow management • Solid working knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies • Strong communication and storytelling skills
