📋 Description

• Configuration and maintenance of the data catalog in WKC (IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog): management of categories, assets, connections, and metadata enrichment. • Definition and publication of the business glossary, collaborating with different teams to ensure consistent terminology across the company. • Creation and enforcement of data protection rules: classification of sensitive data (PII), access controls (RBAC/ABAC), and auditing. • Participation in meetings with stakeholders and data teams to verify that governance procedures are being applied correctly. • Mapping and maintenance of data lineage, ensuring end-to-end traceability of key assets. • Management of stewardship workflows and providing support to data stewards and data owners in the use of the tool.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of data governance tools such as IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog, Collibra, or Informatica (Axon/EDC). • Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA/DMBOK) and privacy regulations such as GDPR. • Ability to define policies, classifications, and data governance procedures. • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. • Proactive approach to adoption and continuous improvement of governance processes. • Attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams. • Advanced level of English.
