📋 Description
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support company-wide objectives and long-term growth. • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with overall business strategy. • Oversee operations across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability in execution. • Influence organizational direction by providing strategic insight, data-driven recommendations, and forward-looking planning. • Build and maintain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Monitor performance metrics and operational outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • 10+ Years of Commercial Consulting experience
