📋 Description

• Responsible for driving sales of transformer oil and SF6 products and services within targeted markets. • Focus on developing new business through proactive direct sales while also supporting and growing relationships with existing customers, resellers, and distribution partners. • Provides technical and applications expertise to end-users, ensuring customers receive the right solutions while strengthening Enervac's market presence and sales performance. • Identify and develop new customers and applications. • Participate in on-site meetings with prospects and customers. • Provide market and application information for the defined markets. • Help produce marketing materials including presentations, bulletins, sales and technical manuals. • Review and analyze customer requirements through data sheets, blueprints, or other information to develop and prepare a detailed proposal. • Review proposals for compliance with company standards and contract language. • Provide technical, installation and troubleshooting consultation with customers, sales and other Company departments. • Market/sell products to the power generation, transmission, and distribution as well as other product-related market segments. • Identify key prospects, complete needs assessments, generate and qualify leads. • Develop sales plans to meet/exceed established quotas. • Maintain CRM per company guidelines. • Routinely track and communicate with management sales prospects, competitive threats, revenue/profit expectations, etc. • Participate in promotional events like conferences, trade shows, and industry relations programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5)+ years outside sales experience required in transformer services, substation equipment sales or other engineered solutions supporting electricity transmission and distribution. • Industrial lubrication oil or hydraulic equipment sales within Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Generation, or Paper & Pulp industries will also be considered. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business or equivalent combination of education with three (3)+ years’ of related outside sales experience in the industries listed above. • Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English required. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment within the constraints of multiple priorities. • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to a varied audience. • A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required. • Ability to travel 50% or more of the time with frequent overnight travel required.
