📋 Description

• Apply relevant experience to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality, clearly written, pedagogically appropriate, digital-first solutions that solve specific market problems shared by teachers and students. • Lead a collaborative scrum team in solving a variety of demonstrated market problems. • Leverage data from a variety of sources to nurture innovative thinking across the team to develop best solutions possible. • Model problem-solving prowess, effective collaboration, and prioritization skills to deliver incremental value to users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or a field related to the discipline • 7–8 years of experience in instructional design for K-8 Math students • K-8 teaching experience (preferred) • K-8 digital, supplemental math market experience (Waggle preferred) • AI usage in content development and process improvement • 1-2 years of Agile Scrum experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Mastery of generative Ai tools, including Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. • Scrum team management (preferred)
