📋 Description

• Exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals. • Identifies high-probability, high-value companies and individuals as potential customers. • Leverages tools, resources, and research to identify, qualify, and connect with prospective customers. • Generates consistent outreach activities to secure weekly customer meetings. • Conducts Customer Needs Assessments (CNAs) to uncover customer insights, identify opportunities, and drive proposal development. • Leads cross-functional collaboration by providing insights and coordinating activities to support outreach, customer meetings, and key deliverables. • Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating account activities with Creative, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams. • Maintains accurate Salesforce records and manages the sales pipeline to provide visibility into opportunities and forecasted business. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred • 8+ years of progressive sales experience and success using consultative, customer needs analysis methods. • 5+ years of media sales experience required. • Established network of senior brand and marketing decision-makers, with a demonstrated ability to leverage industry relationships to generate new business opportunities and drive growth preferred. • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them. • Strong knowledge of media and advertising industry, business cycles, key revenue and expense drivers. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations and leading meetings. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
