📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate relationships with career centers, community organizations, vocational/technical schools, high schools and colleges to create a steady pipeline of eligible participants. • Prepare and present career day events, participate in job fairs, expos and community events to bring awareness and recruit participants. • Build and maintain a database of leads and prospective participants, ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement. • Promote our development programs, training paths and opportunities for employment. • Support all social media and digital campaigns to bring awareness. • Meet and exceed defined performance metrics. • Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a hybrid role.

🎯 Requirements

• High School or associate’s degree, bachelor's degree preferred • 2-4 years’ experience in a career outreach role • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, travel 50% within a defined territory, mileage compensation • Experience with technical trades (HVAC/Electrician/Carpentry/Weatherization) a plus
