📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor solar project orders from contract approval through all critical project milestones. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of required documentation and project deliverables. • Validate solar contracts and milestone progress to confirm accuracy and readiness for subsequent phases. • Coordinate and schedule field resources for site assessments, installations, and inspections as required. • Monitor solar system performance through designated portals to verify activation, reporting status, and energy production. • Proactively identify discrepancies, delays, or potential risks in project orders and escalate issues for prompt resolution. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including order status tracking within internal systems and CRM platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational Background: College-level education preferred, High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Graduate may be considered if accompanied by strong qualifications and relevant experience. • Proficiency in Salesforce and Aurora Solar is highly preferred. • Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator for a U.S. company or in a similar role demonstrating expertise in managing solar projects from initiation to completion. • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong client-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating clear communication and positive interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles, ensuring that projects meet both industry standards and internal quality controls. • Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as CRMs or similar software, to track project milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
