📋 Description
• Manages an inventory of the most complex commercial claims • Ensures exceptional customer service • Verifies coverage and sets reserves • Leads investigation to determine compensability and liability • Drives the resolution of claims • Establishes and manages significant claim budgets • Achieves quality standards • Prepares and presents high profile information to senior leadership • Maintains subject matter expertise • Mentors and trains less experienced Claim Professionals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred in a related discipline or equivalent. • Typically a minimum ten years of relevant experience. • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable. • Advanced negotiation experience. • Professional designations are highly encouraged (e.g. CPCU).
