📋 Description
• Handle all phases of asbestos-related litigation • Conduct depositions • Draft briefs • Participate in court appearances • Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of two years of experience handling all phases of asbestos-related litigation • Active bar license • Resident of South Carolina • Excellent academic credentials • Commitment to the community • Superior interpersonal skills • Exceptional judgment • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects • Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action
