• Own and drive performance of key department store accounts • Create and execute strategic account plans • Lead senior-level relationships with key customers • Define and evolve business model for department store channel • Monitor customer, consumer, and market trends • Partner across the enterprise to build aligned go-to-market strategies • Build and empower a high-performing sales culture
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience • Proven success managing major accounts • Strong understanding of department store business model • Experience across brick-and-mortar and digital environments • Familiarity with dropship or similar fulfillment models • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen
