📋 Description

• Analyze data from a variety of sources and conduct methodologically sound analyses to generate meaningful insights • Interpret and present data findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable way • Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic deliverables meet business and client needs • Partner with analytics and project teams to ensure data governance and data integrity standards are followed • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field • Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field • Healthcare experience preferred • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively • Foundational knowledge of data management and analytics principles • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
