📋 Description

• Build and maintain bottom-up three-statement models for active M&A engagements • Lead historical financial statement analysis (P&L, working capital, capex) • Conduct valuation analyses: publicly-traded comparables, precedent M&A transactions, discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and EPS accretion/dilution as required by deal context • Produce financial exhibits, charts, and analysis pages for Confidential Information Presentations (CIPs), pitch decks, management presentations, and prospect materials • Manage and develop one Financial Analyst — assign work, review output, and ensure adherence to modeling standards • Participate in the daily 9:00 AM ET stand-up with the nearshore functional team and Executive PMO

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development with hands-on financial modeling • Exceptional Excel skills — advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, sensitivity tables • Strong accounting foundation and ability to interpret U.S. GAAP financials • Proven ability to build and present sophisticated valuation models in a deal context • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Available during US business hours overlap (minimum 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET).
