• 3 to 6 years running ABM or demand generation at a B2B SaaS or enterprise AI company. • Real fluency with Clay, Apollo, and agentic enrichment workflows. • Experience running event pipeline, not event logistics. • Strong written voice suitable for outreach to CFOs and VP-level leaders. • Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early-stage company.
• Base salary $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience. • Annual bonus of 15-20% tied to pipeline metrics. • Equity participation in H's US option plan. • Remote-first with occasional travel to conferences and company events.
