• Planning, coordination, and delivery of IT support services • System installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training • Support operations in compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies
🎯 Requirements
• Must hold Active Top Secret Security Clearance • Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing • Three (3) years specialized in Information Processing • Two (2) years hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in software and hardware
