📋 Description

• Manage Client communications • Review project scopes and financial setup • Set timelines & expectations • Schedule project resources to complete project work • Monitor project milestones and progress • Submit/execute change orders as needed • Consult with in-house subject matter experts • Ensure project resourcing enters time into correct tickets/phases • Review project documentation for completeness • Have final say on project completion

🎯 Requirements

• PM Experience 3 years+ with a focus on cloud technologies • Recent MSP Experience 2 years+ • Microsoft 365 Experience/Exposure • Microsoft Azure Experience/Exposure • Proficiency in managing IT solutions projects from start to finish • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure to assist with Risk assessment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and project timelines effectively • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders • A proactive attitude and a desire to continuously improve skillsets through industry certifications • Ability to interpret, process, and deliver on a scope of work • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion • Driven to learn, grow into a bigger role and take on more responsibilities • Positive attitude and work ethic
