📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries • Assist participants with questions related to pension plans, payments, forms, and account information • Research and resolve participant concerns professionally and efficiently • Review and explain required documentation and next steps to callers • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure timely issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service and call center experience • Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred • Strong communication and active listening skills • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools efficiently • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to explain pension and retirement benefit information clearly and professionally • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive or complex inquiries • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality • High school diploma or GED preferred • Ability to pass required background screening and drug test
