📋 Description

• Manage a steady, high volume of incoming calls from customers. • Computer navigation experience is necessary. • You will navigate multiple computer systems at a time while speaking with customers and solving issues by phone. • You must be at your desk for the duration of your shift (other than scheduled breaks and lunch). • Receive back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment for your shift.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices). • High school diploma, GED, or college degree. • Must have 6 months of customer service experience. • Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance. • Successful completion of a background check is required for this position.
