📋 Description
• Provide direct English language development (ELD) instruction aligned with students' language proficiency levels. • Collaborate with classroom teachers to support ELs in accessing grade-level curriculum. • Monitor and document language development progress. • Communicate regularly with families using appropriate language supports. • Participate in EL identification, placement, and reclassification processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Valid teaching certificate with appropriate ESL, ELL, or bilingual endorsement (as required by Washington state). • Experience working with linguistically and culturally diverse students preferred. • Washington state residency. • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
