📋 Description

• Interact with clients directly • Work independently and collaborate with diverse professionals • Develop specialized expertise in multiple areas • Strengthen personal capabilities to broaden and deepen skills • Share experiences with junior team members • Communicate with engagement leadership • Prepare and facilitate client and team meetings • Willing to take on new challenges • Provide excellent client service and deliver high quality work • Add value through complex transaction analyses • Understand technical accounting, FASB, and SEC rules and regulations • Identify, analyze, and conclude on accounting principles • Supervise, coach and mentor staff • Develop workplace culture and code of conduct • Strengthen client relationships • Support growth efforts through pursuits and market research • Foster relationships with clients for audits • Add value to public and private clients through various analyses and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of public accounting and industry experience required (minimum of 3 years in public accounting) • 3 or more years of prior supervisory experience in a team environment • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent required • CPA license preferred • Experience and familiarity with broad range of industries including those such as tech, biotech, and life sciences • Professional and personable demeanor • Passion for helping clients with a strong interest in technical accounting • Hard working, disciplined, detail oriented and ability to motivate engagement teams • Ability to manage teams and own their work product • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills • Aptitude for technical accounting research and self-education, desire to learn and be an expert • Ability to act and lead as a primary client contact • Knowledge of IFRS or other international accounting standards a plus • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills • Some travel may be expected (about 10%)
