🎯 Requirements

• 3–10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or related fields • Strong financial, strategic, and operational acumen with a founder- and operator-friendly mindset • Skilled at navigating uncertainty and making principled, informed investment decisions • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about aligning capital with positive impact • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
