📋 Description

• Oversee and edit content and layouts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and readiness for submission. • Guide the creative team through the revision process, interpreting and implementing feedback from MLR reviewers and clients. • Oversee MLR feedback tracking to ensure clarity and alignment with established precedents across entire brands. • Collaborate with brand, creative, and regulatory teams to keep projects moving efficiently through the review process. • In collaboration with MLR Operations Managers, identify process bottlenecks and drive solutions to improve workflow and turnaround times. • Support, mentor, and train MLR content team members, sharing best practices and exemplifying high standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in MLR content management, regulatory review, medical copy editing, or a related field in healthcare, pharma, or advertising • Proven experience guiding content through regulatory review processes • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
