📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and facilitate the smooth import and export of goods • Develop, implement, activate, and oversee daily FTZ operations • Supervise and mentor FTZ team members, providing training and performance feedback • Support operational teams with FTZ procedures, training, and best practices • Manage inventory control and reporting within FTZ environments • Liaise with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on all FTZ-related matters • Lead internal compliance reviews and implement process improvements • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods across borders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, supply chain management, or a related field • 4+ years’ experience in FTZ management, Bonded Warehouses, or Trade Compliance • 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a logistics or compliance environment • Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and FTZ operations • Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) preferred • Ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment • Experience working with a variety of commodities and industries. • Proficient in ACE, ABI, ICRS, and ERP systems.
