📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the marketing strategy for CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions. • Responsible for setting market direction, building strong brands, and driving innovation across a diverse portfolio of products and services. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and have a global reach. • Directly leads, develops, and mentors a global team of Product Managers, establishing best‑in‑class Product Management capabilities across the organization. • Oversee product portfolio lifecycle management, including positioning, to drive profitable and sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of successful experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a director role. • Proven global marketing expertise for complex product and service portfolios in industries such as MedTech, digital health, dental, consumer health, or fertility. • Track record of building strong brands and businesses, ideally in both B2B and B2C contexts. • Background in healthcare marketing is preferred, but experience in related industries is acceptable. • Experience in large companies with a deep understanding of global markets and dynamics. • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience. • Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals for a minimum of five years. • Strong language skills with the ability to write reports, create presentations, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
