📋 Description

• Review contracts and documentation to identify and compile key requirements and obligations • Analyze and document the business and operational impact of contract requirements • Develop and maintain a structured list of applicable governing bodies, regulations, and certifications (e.g., FAR, DFARS, CMMC, NIST, etc.) • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure internal documentation reflects current compliance requirements • Track changes and revisions to contracts, policies, and compliance frameworks • Assist in maintaining compliance processes and documentation for audits or assessments • Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates to leadership on changes impacting the government contracting landscape

🎯 Requirements

• MUST live in a HUBZone • Actively enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program • Coursework in law, public policy, business, or a related field • Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills, especially with technical or legal material • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to organize complex information • Interest in government contracting, compliance, or legal/regulatory environments • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
