📋 Description
• Ensure that the team receives regular, high-quality feedback to drive accountability. • Maintain weekly metrics in the green and improve performance as needed. • Achieve monthly QSR scores of 90%+ and address underperformance. • Arrange monthly meetings to align on goals and discuss challenges. • Maintain an average customer service survey score of 1.30 or less. • Act as a mentor and contribute to developing your team of adjusters.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1-5 years of claims supervision is required. • Substantial experience in the Midwest region. • Strong background in achieving results. • Critical thinker eager to collaborate with other professionals.
