📋 Description

• Partners across business, IT, privacy, security, and other units to build and strengthen governance capabilities across Data, Information, and AI Governance programs — from established initiatives to those still taking shape. • Takes direction and runs with it, translating ambiguous or evolving needs into practical processes, documentation, and tools with minimal day-to-day oversight. • Design and implement governance processes, workflows, and documentation for programs across a range of maturity — from established to still-forming. • Translate business needs into practical frameworks, tools, and training materials. • Partner with stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences to drive adoption. • Operate with significant autonomy — identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without a predefined playbook. • Flex across programs as priorities shift, applying the same core skill set to different levels of ambiguity and structure.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in business process, governance, compliance, IT business analysis, or a related field • Bachelor's degree preferred (any field); higher education experience as a student or employee is a plus • Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • Quickly grasps governance, policy, or regulatory requirements and translates them into clear processes, documentation, guides, and stakeholder conversations • Comfortable building structure from ambiguity; doesn't wait to be told what to do • Strong process design, documentation, and analytical skills • Skilled communicator who adapts across technical and executive audiences • Self-directed, results-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities
