📋 Description

• Perform preliminary website compliance audits to correct issues before being submitted to third-party • Independently manage & submit monthly OEM Compliance submissions of dealership digital marketing materials to third-party auditors • Troubleshoot website compliance issues with 3rd party agencies • Communicates internally or with clients on compliance issues, including steps for remediation • Log monthly recording & tracking of ongoing compliance issues • Work with other teams (MS C&C, OEM Services, IDT, PM, Support) to resolve compliance issues • Build up subject matter expertise on assigned brand(s) to serve as a point of truth across multiple teams • Limited client interaction, both written (email) and verbal (phone) • Participate in trainings and workshops as assigned by Management • Other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum- High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience: OR Any level College degree with 3 years of relevant work experience OR 7 years of relevant work experience • Proven customer service skills • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills (using English) • Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications) • Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • Time Management & Prioritization • Learning in a fast-paced environment • Work independently and as part of a team • Preferred- OEM Compliance, Managed Services, and/or Dealer.com Support experience is strongly preferred
