📋 Description
• Overseeing the entry and review of transactions related to manufacturing processes. • Managing material batching, production batching, and job closures. • Collaborating with other departments on transactions. • Handling month-end responsibilities, including processing journal entries for rebates, commissions, inventory, WIP, and revenue. • Reconciling balance sheet accounts each month and resolving discrepancies. • Upholding compliance with company policies and the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant work experience is required. • Demonstrated expertise in accounting and financial analysis, particularly in a manufacturing setting, is essential. • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically in subledger or general ledger accounting. • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including sumif, lookup functions, and pivot tables, is a must.
