• Establish an advisory firm grounded in Core Values • Create a positive experience for clients and employees • Partner with clients to solve challenges and deliver value • Responsible for client delivery, leading teams, and business development as Associate Director

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of applicable consulting and delivery around Risk & Regulatory strategy and transformation projects • Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm) • Experience in LFI, enhanced prudential standards, resolution/recovery planning and various Basel Accords • Solid understanding of applicable regulations (e.g. SR 16-11, SR 11-7, FFIEC, DFAST/CCAR etc.) • Experience in regulation impact analysis and the strategic implementation of new and evolving requirements • Knowledge of technology and GRC data solutions to support • Strong knowledge of commercial/retail banking and capital markets products • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Coaching and Development: provide coaching and training opportunities for team members • Recruiting and Retention: take an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring and retaining top talent
