📋 Description

• Lead and inspire teams within Transaction Advisory Services specializing in IPOs • Drive growth and development of the IPO practice and support growth and enterprise-sized clients • Ensure financial reporting, operational governance, and risk management are handled for IPO clients • Collaborate with third-party advisors (bankers, attorneys, auditors) and executive leadership to drive IPO engagements • Lead IPO working groups and manage the IPO process from readiness assessment to filing • Conduct IPO readiness assessments and manage key milestones and regulatory hurdles • Draft financial sections in registration statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Provide strong project management and build robust client relationships • Mentor, develop, and build high-performing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm) • Proven expertise leading clients through IPO readiness assessments and execution, including timeline and reporting requirements • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, operational governance, and risk management requirements for public companies • Deep expertise drafting financial sections in registration statements and responding to SEC comments • Experience preparing technical accounting memos and guiding clients through PCAOB uplift • Strong cross-functional experience and external audit liaison skills • Strong project management and client relationship-building abilities • Experience mentoring and developing teams • Excellent communication and leadership skills
