📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple clients, including close, AP/AR, and financial reporting • Serve as a technical accounting resource, advising on complex GAAP matters and improving team capabilities • Review financials, reconciliations, and G/L activity to ensure accuracy and compliance • Standardize and enhance accounting processes, policies, and internal controls • Deliver and present monthly management reporting and financial insights to clients • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on financial performance and scalable accounting practices • Lead, coach, and develop team members; ensure work is completed accurately and on time • Manage multiple engagements, including staffing, timelines, and quality of delivery • Partner with tax and advisory teams to support client needs • Drive client growth and retention, including identifying expansion opportunities and supporting sales efforts • Ensure compliance with Crowe’s risk and independence standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field • 8+ years of experience in CAS, outsourced accounting, or public accounting • CPA required (or equivalent credential) • Strong technical accounting expertise in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS • Demonstrated accounting advisory expertise with the ability to lead client engagements from scoping through delivery • Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership and advisory responsibilities • Strong client communication and relationship management skills • Experience with systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, and related tools • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment • Travel up to 30% as needed
