📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle for institutional and professional clients across our Predictions and Exchange products in the US market • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional participants active in derivatives and digital asset markets • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing onboarding, ongoing relationship development, and revenue growth • Partner closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to structure client agreements and bring tailored solutions to market • Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and in client meetings as a subject matter expert in prediction markets and CFTC-regulated products • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap priorities • Track pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics — you'll be accountable for measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working within or selling into CFTC-regulated markets — **this is a hard requirement**; experience at a DCM, FCM, or with CFTC-regulated derivatives products is strongly preferred • 3+ years of institutional sales or business development experience in financial markets, with demonstrated success closing and managing complex client relationships • CME Group experience (as a client, employee, or selling to CME-adjacent firms) is a significant plus • Existing network of relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, or institutional market participants in the derivatives and/or digital asset space • Strong understanding of event contracts, binary options, or prediction market mechanics • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where the market structure itself is still evolving • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams to navigate regulatory nuances • Excellent communicator — able to explain complex products clearly to sophisticated clients and internal stakeholders alike.
