📋 Description

• Design and implement the operating model for Legal and Compliance • Develop standardized workflows to support contracting, regulatory compliance, and operational requests • Lead integration of AI-driven capabilities into the operating model • Manage outside counsel and vendors • Identify inefficiencies and scalability gaps and apply structured process improvement methodologies • Develop dashboards and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years relevant experience in legal operations, compliance operations, healthcare operations, or similar • Strong process design and operational mindset • Experience developing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow tools • Strong project and vendor management skills • Ability to translate legal and compliance requirements into systems • Analytical and data-driven decision making • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced or technical/AI-related training strongly preferred
