• Become an expert on the company’s online diagnostic and instruction program • Serve teachers by coordinating on-site product training • Adjust workshops to fit participants' needs • Deliver professional development courses • Provide tailored on-site support • Engage in internal cycle of professional improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Biliterate in Spanish and English • Bachelor’s degree • At least 2+ years of experience in teaching ELA/Reading • Experience coaching teachers • Experience providing ELA/Reading professional development • Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards • Fluency with using digital tools including online assessments • Understanding principles of adult learning • Exceptional time management skills • Excellent computer and internet skills
