📋 Description
• Provide operational coordination to C&W transactions management professionals supporting client portfolios • Provide exceptional client service at all levels • Support transactions team with documentation • Track and report lease expirations and critical dates • Draft and process requests for service or client initiation documents • Facilitate commission invoicing • Assist with reporting functions • Process paperwork and act as liaison between departments • Review and understand broker market surveys and deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in any field; finance/real estate ideal • Knowledge with Google suite preferred
