📋 Description
• Direct day-to-day operations of the accounting team • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards • Manage financial reporting and enhance internal controls • Oversee Finance team's integration of new acquisitions • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the Accounting department
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred • Ten years of progressive GAAP accounting experience • At least three years in a supervisory or senior manager-level capacity • Extensive experience with multi-unit business structures • Strong background in M&A financial integration • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
