📋 Description

• Own and execute analytics that support the success of the Preferred Networks program. • Support the ideation, development, and execution of new Specialty Care initiatives, including ROI / opportunity analyses, qualitative research, pilots, and project planning. • Own quality assurance of data analytics, escalating concerns and risks as necessary. • Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, vendors, Service Operations, and other Specialty Care stakeholders to advance programs. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate strategy and operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles • Experience developing analyses in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets • Track record of effectively solving difficult problems • High attention to detail • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and teams • Orientation toward analytical problem solving • Practical, results-oriented mindset • Unimpeachable integrity • Interest in healthcare (preferred) • Experience with Alteryx, Dataiku, SQL, and/or Microsoft Power Query (preferred)
