📋 Description
• support Specialty Operations through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions • partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and drive measurable business impact across specialty pharmacy and healthcare operations • develop predictive models, perform exploratory and statistical analyses, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for operational and executive audiences • contribute to emerging AI initiatives, including the design and development of AI agents and intelligent automation capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related quantitative field • Strong experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques • Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and model development • Experience working with SQL and large-scale structured datasets • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical business stakeholders • Experience developing dashboards, reports, or operational insights that drive business decisions • Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, hypothesis testing, and forecasting • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, business-facing environment • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
