• 10+ years required experience in product management, IT, healthcare, or related field • Previous experience in agile product development helpful • Demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder client environment • Customer centric, creative, and strategic • Prior working experience with software development teams in an agile environment • Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
