📋 Description

• Lead multiple analytics teams through Senior Managers • Set the overall strategy, priorities, and performance expectations for analytics delivery • Foster a culture of accountability, business partnership, and analytical excellence • Serve as the primary analytics partner for PS Finance leadership • Build strong relationships with VP-level and executive stakeholders • Drive the evolution of analytics capabilities, including AI-powered analytics • Establish standards, processes, and quality expectations for analytics work

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field • 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams • Proven success partnering with VP-level or executive stakeholders • Strong knowledge of reporting, dashboards, data visualization, exploratory analysis, and advanced analytics • Experience leading multiple analytics teams
