📋 Description

• Leads the finance and contract compliance team carrying out the end-to-end contract management processes • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Checks contract milestones and obligations • Inspects contract proposals, identifies risks • Evaluates opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements • Consults with internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts • Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of contract management processes • Provides leadership in motivating team members to accomplish finance and contract compliance goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience within finance - specifically focused in financial reporting, determining cost, underwriting, or related experience • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at understanding the business’ P&L statements and how to take action based on analysis and interpretation of the data • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Ability to assess operational and legal risk and provide recommendations to senior leadership on mitigating factors • Ability to effectively operate in a matrixed environment and drive project completion and issue resolution across departments
