📋 Description

• Lead and execute end-to-end Finance Operations transformation initiatives • Assess structures, processes, systems, and vendor landscapes to identify inefficiencies • Manage project delivery from planning through execution • Develop data-driven recommendations, business cases, and future-state operating models • Build strong relationships across all levels, presenting insights and managing expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in finance operations or revenue cycle management • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or management consulting • Demonstrated experience leading strategic assessments and transformation initiatives • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including by plane) • Experience with revenue cycle optimization in healthcare or pharmacy settings • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and data/reporting tools
