📋 Description

• Carries out and facilitates Scrum events • Removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement • Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework • Creating a conducive environment for the team's success • Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as scrum master or project manager • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and sound decision-making • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team environment • Strong growth mindset, with a focus on agility and continuous development of self and others • Ability to execute and deliver results, including effective planning, implementation, and ongoing support • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
